3. Custom Orders & Design Approval

• All custom orders are made to the specifications provided by the customer.

• Once a design is approved, no further changes can be made.

• We are not responsible for errors in spelling, colors, or other design details once approved by the customer.

4. Production & Shipping

• Production time varies depending on the order size and complexity.

• Estimated shipping times will be provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

• Refunds or replacements will only be issued for defective or incorrect items.

• Customers must notify us of any issues within 24 hours of receiving their order.

6. Intellectual Property

• All designs created by Celestial Designs remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon.

• All digital samples will be shared with watermarks, and any use of digital designs not paid for will result in legal action.

• Customers confirm they have the rights to use any logos, images, or designs submitted for customization.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products.

• Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order.
